Site Design Specialist Georgia Electric Membership Corporation

As a part of the Technical Services Team, that provides site planning and design services, mapping services, aerial photography, and a library of site and building listings for communities and counties throughout the state on behalf of Georgia's 38 Electric Membership Co-ops, Shaun helps communities throughout the state select sites suitable for industrial development through the use of a large database of environmental information such as wetlands, floodplain, soil type, topography, etc. Once a site is selected, he develops a Conceptual Master Plan for the site and also provides 3D models of the plan, Illustrative Color Rendered Plans, and Entrance Signage Design to be used for marketing a site. Shaun also supports the Project Managers both here at Georgia EMC and at the State level by providing mapping, site plans, and other technical materials needed during the course of a project.

Joining Georgia Electric Membership Corporation in 2008, he previously worked as a landscape architect and project manager with Baker Land Design.

Shaun is a Registered Landscape Architect, licensed by the Georgia Secretary of State Board of Landscape Architects. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BLA degree in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Design. He also has an Associate Degree in General Science, Biology from the Young Harris College.

He and his wife Lauren currently resides in Tucker.
